the Facility. . .The BREAKFAST WOODWORKS manufacturing team includes a number of experienced cabinetmakers, backed by shop drawing specialists and estimators.
We are superbly equipped for all the steps required in cabinet construction - including computerized layout and cut list preparation, cutting, edge banding, boring, dowel insertion, and assembly by case clamp. For framed cabinet doors, we precision grind matched knives for stick and cope fabrication.

Our profile knife grinder copies any shape onto a matched pair of high-speed steel cutter knives. With the shaper and power feed, we routinely produce moldings that show no knife marks and require no further clean up before the paint or the clear finish goes on.

Panel Saw State of the art machinery, including a Busellato CNC point to point machine, allows us to apply our expertise to production line runs for other small shops, handle specialty and renovation pieces, and be cost effective.
Busellato CNC
Our modern spray booth is equipped for both air and airless spray machinery. Color-mixing equipment allows us to match paints used in other portions of the work. The catalyzed lacquer used exclusively for both pigments and clear finishes is much more durable than plain lacquer or enamel paint.
